Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the huat88 platform, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. This document constitutes a valid and binding agreement between you as a member and the huat88 management.

If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of this platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the latest version of those terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

huat88 services are limited to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not located in a country or region that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not previously banned by huat88 for any reason.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any funds held within them.

During registration, members are required to provide accurate and current information. huat88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and account verification purposes.

Account Management and Security

Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account, whether carried out by the member themselves or by another party who gained access through the member's negligence.

The following account security measures must be observed by every huat88 member:

• Choose a strong and unique password, and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify the huat88 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that the registered email address and mobile number are active and accessible for verification purposes.

huat88 will never ask for your account password at any time. Any such request from a party claiming to represent huat88 should be reported to our support team.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The huat88 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.
• Standard withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the chosen method and current conditions.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or wallet registered under the same name as the registered huat88 account.
• huat88 reserves the right to conduct compliance checks before processing any withdrawal.

All approved transactions are final. If there is any dispute regarding a transaction, the member must contact the huat88 support team within 7 days from the date of the transaction in question.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by huat88 are subject to the specific conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:

• The huat88 welcome bonus offers up to 120% of the first deposit, maximum RM300. The wagering requirement is set at 20 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Example calculation: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement RM120 × 20 = RM2,400.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no direct cash value.
• huat88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through means considered improper or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

The huat88 VIP loyalty programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with weekly cashback rates that increase with each tier. Members who demonstrate consistent commitment and activity will have the opportunity to advance to a higher tier.

Member Conduct and Prohibitions

Use of the huat88 platform must at all times comply with the following guidelines. Violation of any of these provisions may result in a warning, suspension or account closure without notice:

• Using any automated software, bots or technical tools designed to exploit games or the platform system is prohibited.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.
• Conducting any activity that could be categorised as money laundering through this platform is prohibited.
• Disclosing or distributing confidential information relating to the platform system to external parties is prohibited.
• Using threatening, abusive or offensive language when interacting with the huat88 support team is prohibited.

Responsible Gambling

huat88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all members. The platform provides tools and resources to help members manage their usage wisely.

As part of this commitment, huat88 offers the following options to members who need assistance:

• Setting deposit limits to manage spending over a given period.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform at the member's request.

Account Closure and Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the huat88 support team. Before closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible fund balance will be returned once the review is complete.

huat88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Where huat88 has reason to believe that fraudulent activity or money laundering has occurred.
• Failure to comply with an identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The huat88 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. huat88 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors or delays at all times. However, we strive to maintain high service availability and will notify members in advance of any scheduled maintenance.

Members agree that huat88 will not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Interruptions or unavailability of the platform caused by factors outside huat88's control.
• Actions or omissions by the member that contributed to the losses suffered.
• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the member during registration.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account due to negligence in safeguarding their password.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

huat88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the latest amendment. Continued use of the huat88 platform after the amendment date constitutes acceptance of the new version of the terms.
